Deliveries will be made via Royal Mail and will arrive within 5 working days. Please allow up to 7 days before enquiring about your order.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for the following:
Sale items
Crockery Items (due to hygiene reasons)

Exceptions: If an item arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us as soon as possible within 5 days of delivery via email: Info@Jawdah.co.uk.

Returns Postage:
If a return is agreed, you are responsible for the postage costs when returning them back to us. They must be returned in its original state unless defective.
